SPRINGCARD INCREASES ITS RANGE OF OEM PRODUCTS INTRODUCING A NEW READER/WRITER: THE CRAZYWRITER

The know-how and responsiveness of SpringCard has attracted Evolis into integrating the CrazyWriter inside all of its smartcard printers starting with the Pebble and the Dualys.
• CRAZYWRITER: ADAPTABLE AND PRACTICAL!
SpringCard has developed a range of OEM and mobile solutions to address the constantly growing access control and transportation markets.
To guarantee a high level of security for encrypted data, the CrazyWriter has two integrated SIM/SAM micro card couplers.
Because of its small size and adjustable capabilities, the CrazyWriter easily fits into any type of equipment, such as a turnstile, ticketing, or validation devices. The CrazyWriter offers particularly interesting features in the areas of eTicketing (transportation industry), student ID cards or access control.
The innovation is that the electronic board is separated from the antenna, which facilitates the integration for the clients’ equipments. . SpringCard is able to design a new antenna without touching the electronic board to better adapt to any type of integration requirements.
The CrazyWriter’s ease of integration enables system integrators and OEM partners as it offers in one product many features usually covered by several readers/writersThis allows the system integrator to rationalize its own offering, resulting in improved return on investment in terms of integration process, cross-referral and customer service..
CrazyWriter is now available worldwide.

• A RESOURCEFUL COMPONENT
The integration of the CrazyWriter into the Dualys printers enables the customization of double face plastic cards such as employee cards, student ID cards, access control badges, annual passes, loyalty cards, payment cards, and more. The CrazyWriter is integrated into the printer through its USB port. Positioned parallel to its path, the card is printed and encoded both at the same time at optimal speed.

Evolis intends to finalize the integration of Crazy Writer into all of its smardcard printer products.
