Smartynight, an innovative smartcard integrated into a watch-like wristband, tracked admission and food and beverage consumption of more than 2,000 party-goers at the 2008 Gala of the ECE (Ecole Centrale d’Electronique/Central School of Electronics) School of Engineers

Smartynight is based on a contactless reader/writer connected to a computer and smartcard device.
