Internships
Are you a student in an electronics engineering or industrial computing school, or do you have a master's degree in computer science? Pro Active can welcome you with a high-level professional internship. From 6 weeks to 6 months, you can submerge yourself into the company and be genuinely involved in the projects that we're working on. With the guidance of our engineers, you'll be able to use your skills in a respected research consultancy.
All of our internships are based in Palaiseau (Essonne - France), at company headquarters.
Different internships are available all year round in the following areas:
- Industrial computing: you'll participate in the development of micro-controller applications, using C programming language, in areas such as smart cards, no-contact cards, biometrics, RFID, etc.
- Commercial computing: we're looking for engineering students or junior/senior year students that are capable of participating in the development or update of web application projects based on the following platforms: Apache + PHP, InterBase/Firebird, AJAX, etc.
- Mobile solutions: during your internship, you'll develop demonstration or test applications for Windows or Windows CE/PocketPC environments. In order to do this, you'll need to master a programming language such as Visual Studio, C++, C# .NET, etc.
Apprenticeship
Pro Active, in its quest to provide you with access to cutting edge jobs in the best conditions, welcomes and trains apprentices each year in electronics and industrial logistics areas. To join us, you must have a vocational training certificate or a two-year technical college degree in one of these two areas. During training, and in the framework of an apprenticeship contract, you'll complete and validate your theoretical foundations by working on actual projects.
Are you an electronics student? Guided by a tutor, you'll participate in the following areas: creating prototypes, tests and controls, diagnostics and repairs. Moreover, you'll provide technical assistance to engineers devoted to hardware design and software development.
Are you an industrial logistics student? You'll discover the daily activities of your future profession through real-life experience managing supplying and inventory, planning and supervising industrial subcontractors, or even auditing subcontractor production launches on-site.
